My Husband and I drove from Mississippi and I must say they made him a happy man, from his rims and tires and the overall CUSTOMER SERVICE! Omar also blessed us with some shirts and my pretty cup! We THANK YOU! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STOP AND SHOP WITH THEM! We will definitely be back for my car next! GREAT SERVICE GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Omar’s definitely understood the assignment! 😂 I had been searching all over DFW trying to find these floating Forgiato center caps locally, and nobody had them. Omar’s came through with exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier. From the second we pulled up and walked through the door, everyone was welcoming. We didn’t have to stand around wondering who to talk to, they greeted us immediately and were ready to help. That’s the kind of customer service that makes a difference. We were literally in and out in less than five minutes, but even in that short amount of time you could tell everyone there was professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in what they do. Nobody acted bothered, nobody tried to upsell us, they just got us exactly what we needed and made the whole process easy. One thing I always pay attention to is how a business presents itself, and Omar’s was on point. The showroom was clean, organized, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Little things like that say a lot about a company because it shows they care about the details. I hate that I didn’t catch everyone’s names because they all deserve a shoutout. Customer service like that is hard

I rarely leave reviews, but Omar's Wheels & Tires absolutely deserves one. Not only do they run a professional, customer-focused business, but they are also deeply invested in the community. As an educator, I've personally seen the positive impact they make at my school through their support, generosity, and willingness to show up for both staff and students when it matters. Businesses like this help strengthen the entire community. A special shout-out to Brian. I came in simply to make a purchase, and he went above and beyond by blessing me with a really nice shirt. That gesture may seem small to some, but it speaks volumes about the kind of people they are genuine, appreciative, and committed to treating customers like family. From the moment you pull up you're acknowledged, respected, and taken care of. Their professionalism, customer service, and community involvement set them apart from the rest. Again, Brian, thank you and the entire Omar's Wheels & Tires team for all you do. Dallas needs more businesses that lead with both excellence and heart. Great people. Great service. Great wheels. I came to Omar’s on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by David. David helped me pick the right wheel and tires for my Jeep Wrangler. He showed me all the tire options and went with Toyo All- Terrain 35s and 22x12 wheels. I’m so happy with the final look. Definitely come check out Omar’s if you’re looking to upgrade your Jeep.

Update!!!!!!!!!!! I just left Omar’s Tires and Wheels a very happy man. I felt like his entire staff were aware of my concerns and they all worked to ensure my satisfaction with the product I purchased. The owner himself helped me find the wheels and test drove my car with me to ensure I was happy with the results. I am very thankful they listened and I will tell all my friends about the great job and customer service they provided. Thanks a great deal. I just Spoke with Omar himself the owner. He said to drop by tomorrow and he will make all of this ok. I truly appreciate the speedy response. I look forward to addressing my car tomorrow. Thank you!
